You need to

  • Understand and keep track of regulations in this field,
  • Check your REACH compliance for substances manufactured/imported on the European market,
  • Carry out REACH registration of substance(s) or update of registration dossier (following a change of tonnage band for example),
  • Check your CLP compliance (classification/labelling/packaging) for substances/products placed on the European market,
  • Submit the Anti-Poison Centre declarations for the hazardous products placed on the European market.
