In 15 months, a new regulation will change the landscape of the marketing of fertilizers in the European Union. As a replacement for EU Regulation 2003/2003 and in addition to current national rules, EU Regulation 2019/1009 (FPR, Fertilising Products Regulation) will be an additional solution to market your fertilizer and biostimulant products.
Through a case study of the marketing of a microorganism-based biostimulant, we will help you better understand the new regulatory requirements, which module(s) are to be considered depending on the CMC and PFC your EU fertiliser is compliant to.
