Staphyt provides key expert content at ICPPR

For several years, Staphyt’s field team has conducted experimental GLP field and tunnel bee residue studies, testing different methods for the collection of various apicultural matrices for subsequent residue analysis.

Staphyt’s Bee Team experts hosted a Poster Session at ICP-PR this month, where they outlined the valuable data gained from such studies, from a practical point of view, but also in obtaining data usable in the assessment of the potential exposure of bees to pesticide residues. This is vital as part of the environmental risk assessment, to be assessed under Annex 8.3.1 of Regulation (EU) No. 283/2013.
